In between the snow showers.....the sun was shinning....Balquhidder Mhor Lodge at its best in Winter....nice and cosy!

This was the view towards the north from the master bedroom onto the rear decking. You can just make out the squirrel feeder covered in snow on the right.....looking at the decking post...there was about 2 inches overnight...still snowing!

Happy New Year!....how's the diet going?......tempted by one of these delicious meringues from Mhor 84?...just a short walk from Balquhidder Mhor....infused with blueberries with a side of chantilly cream....that's a diet buster!

Balquhidder Mhor Log Cabin is looking very festive at the moment....we've dressed a beautiful Christmas tree on the decking and the icicle lights look great....have a very Merry Christmas!

Well...winter certainly arrived this week at Balquhidder Mhor Lodge...along with the snow we were also blessed with clear blue skis and a fantastic temperature inversion...check out these pictures...
