Congratulations to Kim Proven and Loch Earn Tourism Information (LETi) for winning the Scottish Thistle Awards 2017 for Innovation in Tourism. Balquhidder Mhor Lodges were one of the sponsors for one of the most recent installations, The Three Sisters in clan tartans. Take a look at some of the installations. If you're visiting the area, there is a great interactive map to guide you.

The White Stag in Strathyre has a very cool pair of shades on! Formerly the Inn and Bistro; Stirlingshire's Rural Pub of the Year for 2017. Check out the beers and the great food, not to mention the roaring fire. A 3 mile walk from Balquhidder Mhor Lodge if you get the bus back (tip: check out the bus timetable for your last orders!)

We commissioned a budding young artist from Bearsden, Glasgow, to paint us an abstract for our new 6 berth lodge...check it out....it's the Highland Coo...this young chap has real talent!
